How important Literature is to achieve success.

  When I think of success I think instantly of money, achievement, self- care, and health. These words are all similar then different because they all have success in common.  The prompt asks, "Why and how might literature provide a good medium for exploring the topic Success: What Does It Look Like?" As it stated in the video literature brings an individual wisdom and knowledge that they didn't know before. It gives an individual a better meaning about a topic or a word they before didn't know of. Literature also allows an individual to achieve success by as I said before providing them knowledge. As I stated in the first sentence, I believe success looks like Money and others but mainly money. In my eyes literature plays a huge role in allowing that to happen. To receive money, you need to have knowledge what your producing, buying, creating, etc. You have to be able to apply your own thoughts to the product to allow yourself to make money. Without literature guiding an individual there would be no success. In my life my job that earns me money is lifeguarding at a beach. To become one, I had to read an online book and then watch videos to later prepare me for a test that completed to become a lifeguard. This shows how literature allowed me to become successful by allowing me to pass the test which would provide me the qualifications for my job that pays me. Finally, Success isn't just given it's earned and the way it's earned is from gaining knowledge through literature which will later allow you to succeed.
